Space Planning Visualization

This project involved reimagining three key spaces in a private home — the dining room, entryway, and fireplace room — using a mix of digital and hand-drawn techniques. I began with empty room photographs and digitally placed proposed furnishings using Photoshop, based on research of style-appropriate pieces. Once the layouts were finalized, I printed the composites and hand-traced the new furniture arrangements, refining each scene using pencil and color pencil.

Final deliverables included illustrated mood boards, floor plans to evaluate flow and scale, and furniture recommendations tailored to the client’s boho-inspired aesthetic. These visuals helped the client understand how each space could function and feel — before any items were purchased.
