Cape May Family Home | Commissioned to Celebrate 16 Years of Memories created as a gift to commemorate 16 years of family memories, this Victorian seaside house sketch was delineated from a winter snapshot and re-envisioned blossoming.

I worked with Prismacolor pencils due to their blendability and richness, first with pencil, next with outlining using ink, and gradually adding color over time.

The lawn has heart-shaped grass — a peaceful reflection of the love which has filled this house over generations. The piece has been professionally framed by Sheila, and she proudly exhibits it in her house.
