World of Wonder | Hand-Painted Mural for a Kids’ Learning Bedroom

Client Becky wanted a fun, educational mural for her son’s bedroom — something that would spark curiosity, imagination, and learning every day. She envisioned a simple yet bold world map painted directly on the wall in bright, inviting colors.

After presenting a few sketch ideas, we moved forward with a custom design that kept the continents clean and unlabeled for a more creative and visual experience.

I used a projector to outline the map, penciled in details, traced with black marker, and then painted the continents with vibrant acrylics. The entire mural was completed in just under a week, and it transformed the space into a mini adventure zone. The boys loved it — and so did I!
